Illustrator / Photographer Canadian artist since 1993. Jean-François Dupuis work demonstrates his vivid imagination and unconscious themes. His work is created digitally, using photo reference and found objects as the basis of his montages. These collages then take on a unique perspective with the additional painterly touches and techniques which he has honed for the past 12 years.
Biography and Career in Art:

Digital Imaging was the bridge for me. It brought my ability to design and my ability to visually communicate together with a medium that I love. As I created a photo-illustration style, I found the need for more compelling photographs with which to work. Now my clients are hiring me to shoot and digitally create their images.
Jean-François Dupuis photo-illustrations have a distinctive style combining old techniques and new technologies that produce a look that is described as unique, lyrical and edgy.
